“the breakfast are poor, we arrived the breakfast cuisine, almost all of the food gone. no fruit, no veg., very poor.”

“The whole place was dirty and unkempt. There were drapes hanging off their rods and stains everywhere. When we arrived there was no one at the desk, except for a phone. We picked up the phone and were told someone would be with us momentarily. We waited as we listened to the same lady we just spoke with having a conversation on another line. We continued to wait yet no one arrived. What appeared to be a non emergency conversation continued between the lady and perhaps a maintenance person……

“Let me start with the good. They had a bedside clock, hot breakfast (waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausages) with yogurt, cereal and juice. Refrigerator in room ... no freezer. Our room and my Dad's room smelled like smoke .... they are smokeless rooms. Even the toilet paper smelled like smoke. There was an ash tray on the window outside our room. Dead bugs on the floor ... at least they were dead. We spent one night and I personally wouldn't come back ... but it was a place to……

“I picked the location because it had a 9.2 rating. That should be out of 100. If the location has a 9.2 rating it is fraud. Everything is old, room was dirty, breakfast was a joke.”

“We have stay here multiple times and really like it but price is a little high, we can just just down the road at another option with breakfast For significant less and was told it’s the same owners???”

“We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The room had a refrigerator that was not working and had mold inside. When I opened the door the smell was horrid. The air conditioner blew cool air……

“We have stayed in B&B's for 30+ years. This is the first time we have been told breakfast was not included but we could pay more if we wanted it. The bed was uncomfortable . The cat was irritating. The "private" bathroom was down the hall and someone else tried to get in while I was in there. No bath towels. Just a terrible experience.”

“Planned a quick stop at Hannibal, a charming town with lots of Mark Twain related sights to visit. The apartment is equally charming and comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended”
