「Holiday Inn was situated on hillside, at a decent residential area but far away from the city centre. My room was at 21st floor and I could had a bird's eyeview on the beautiful scenery of Porto. Yet, traffic was not convenient. We had to go down the slope a little bit for taxi. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The reception girl was helpful but her advice on Fado was incorrect. It took me an hour's walk to find out the restaurant she recommended. She gave me a totally...

「Hotel room looks old. Room is very hot. I need to open the door for fresh air. Internet suck! No internet connection for my Computer and phone. Or connected but very slow even could not receiving email. The situation will become better only if they have the tourists group. If the group gone, the internet suck again. No a busy hotel! I’m the only one in my floor. When I go out the elevator, all dark. It is scary.... Poor service of the front desk! When asking more for the bill copy, they will...

「Great experience, staff very friendly, helpfull and upbeat. Hotel does have interior parking but almost impossible to enter...a mercedes wagon won't be able to enter as the angle is tight and turning. We Were lucky to park on the street but we had the inconvinience to bring to the hotel 6 pieces of luggage as we didnt want to leave in car, just in case.other than that I truly recommend, tons of great restaurants, near rhe icean/beach (two blicks away) great boardwalk. 「Lovely hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful.. Room clean and spacious (no pun intended), with some nice personal welcoming touches in room.. Amble storage for a short stay.. Breakfast is plentiful, good standard and choice.. Nicely located, close to town centre, shops, bars and restaurants etc.. All in all, a very nice hotel one that I’d definitely like to come back too..」

「The hotel is modern and the rooms are lovely. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. The front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend!! The only caveat is the parking garage. Extremely difficult to maneuver a car, and we scraped the side and damaged our car.」
