“Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.”

Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. “This property was great for our one night stop. It's a great location that allows you to quickly explore the vibrant neighborhood. Not many amenities because there is so much outside to explore but they do have a rooftop and the attached restaurant. The neighborhood is loud if you're sensitive to that may not be your place but for a short stay or if you love being in the active part of town (us) this is a great place to stay. The room was clean but small. The elevator is small so you might be……

“This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out……

“we had such a lovely stay. only thing was the cleaning staff were really loud early in the mornings. Otherwise the property was lovely, reception was helpful and the location was ideal to see everything we wanted to by walking distance!”

“L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le quartier gothique, près des Remblas et à 5min à pied du metro. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre côté cour, donc c'était très tranquille la nuit. Le personnel est très disponible et à l'écoute. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, propre et moderne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le coin café disponible 24/24h, qui permet de prendre un petit dejeuner ou goûter gratuitement. En plus le samedi matin nous avons droit à d'excellentes……
