"This is a wonderful homely home for the family and the dogs loved it...we even met Ross Poldark while we were here. Amy the dog sitter was amazing and Georgie the chef from Padstow was "A" class and the in house massage and reflexology with the waves crashing outside was like a top class spa in itself! "AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "Room is fine and in great location to go out on the barbican. We had a big issue with checking in, was given the code for the wrong room and went into someone elses room with their stuff still in there. Charged a deposit which wasnt specified until after booking. Only one of the windows opened and too warm to sleep properly. Room could do with a fan. "

"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. "Property and location was first class. However as no layout of the property was included it could have been a problem with the toilet being down a steep staircase for a couple with mobility issues. I think the layout should be included. As at the time of our visit I had a knee problem and would have booked a ground floor apartment if I had known the layout of the apartment I had booked "

"We had a lovely stay at Tamsin's Cottage. We really appreciated the personal touches, like the scones on arrival! Lesley was friendly and welcoming, but not overly intrusive. The fenced in yard was particularly helpful for our dog and toddler. Overall would highly recommend!"
