“The property from outside & inside is Very used. It is typical of that Ownership groups, cut corners to save money. Our room carpet was filthy we didn't realize till we took a white washcloth w water & bottoms of feet turned black I think from workers Boots & help not vacuuming or carpet shampoo. The breakfast was Minimal typical again of Owner type. Expedia needs to audit all Hotels & reject some...”

“The staff was very friendly. Fixed the air conditioner as soon as I let them know something was wrong. Clean rooms, soft beds, hot water, and fresh coffee. Very nice stay.”

“Worth my $58. King bed. Room was clean, and I expect my hotel rooms to be CLEAN. TV worked. Bed was older; lumpy; but worked for my bad back. Quiet. I would stay again. But I wouldn’t pay any more than I did. Rough around the edges. No work out room. Needs fresh coat of paint and lots of small things fixed. Would recommend only because my room was CLEAN.”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable Check in was quick and clerk was helpful. Hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Need to offer a better selection of breakfast items.”

“The hotel stay was great! Service was wonderful. The only issue we had was something was stuck on the iron, so when we went to use it, there was a burn/stain left on my shirt. We wanted to inform the hotel staff but couldn’t find anyone at the desk before we left. We were in a rush to leave so we didn’t get to speak with anyone about it. Other than that minor issue everything was perfect. We will absolutely stay here again.”

“Front entrance is good as most hotels are. Rooms have paint and ceiling falling, mold in shower, mold on walls by sink, electrical plugs are extremely old and worn out. They barley hold anything in them. Electrical covers missing from plugs which is a risk of kids or someone electrocuting themselves, main metal support that holds roof up is completely rusted out, surprisingly it has not falling and hurt or killed someone. Shower has holes in plastic walls where I'm sure water is running in and……

“The front desk ladies were wonderful and did everything they could to make sure our stay was great. Once checked in I went to the room the bed had been made but pillows had not been put on. I then went to the restroom -- floor had not really been swept, and shower products had not been put back into place. The toilet would not flush either. I went back to the front desk and let them know about the toilet. The sweet young lady tried calling someone for help. She finally asked if she could go……

“The hotel is situated in a lovely, tree-lined area of Montgomery that is easy to access and quiet. Our room was commodious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet offer many excellent choices, including all the ingredients for a fruit parfait. However...our room did not have a blackout curtain. The staff came up and helped us to clamp together the side drapes to block the light so we could sleep. The toilet roll holder came apart when I tried to draw paper from the roll, and the……
