「since i'm coming from kota kinabalu first, i called and asked the hotel staff where should i get off, when i get to Kundasang. they told me to get off at kinabalu park entrance which is you have to walk back for 25 minutes (they didn't tell me first). the rain is so heavy, i tried to call them again because i cant find a taxi. but they just put me on voice call.. when i get to the hotel, i told them about the incident and they just laugh it off. i told them, that its not funny, and well they...

「Good view. Room is fair. Bathroom is a bit old and mosquito can fly into room. Nothing around. Can only stay in hotel. Breakfast choice is limited. Flies are quite annoying while eating. Only offer juice (not fresh juice) to kid in cool weather, need up charge if need hot drink!! This is not value for money with such service and quality!!」
