“Overall the stay was pleasant, the binder information about places close by was very useful. Although we were not use to some of the house rules we did our best out the owners respect. The home was cozy really nice great stay.”

“I had a 5 night stay here. It was such a relaxing stay. My small dog and I were welcomed by Toby the dog. Cynthia gave us clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and settled in. My dog and I walked the neighborhood daily. The street and homes looked as if it could be in a movie. Neighbors were friendly. The hot tub is behind the cottage, perfect for some privacy. The room was clean, well stocked and cozy. Downtown is minutes away. I will definitely make another reservation when I need a……

“The was one of the best places that I have rented with VRBO. We are three women and felt very safe here. There are three The kitchen modern and the everything that you need to cook there were snacks and water with a note to help ourselves. That was very welcome because we didn't go shopping until the next morning. The washer and dryer is good size and new. The grounds are spacious and we enjoyed looking out the back window to see ducks on the pond and cows walking around. There is a deck……

The host was amazing at communicating and answering any inquiries I had. Shopping centers are super close for anything needed. The entry to the apartment is easy and very private/convenient. “We selected this property to join for a 50-year reunion of Nursery School moms. We planned on walking and talking sharing wine and food over the course of our stay. The setting was perfect for all of us. The view of the lake, the horses out to pasture, the variety of birds, the bass fishermen on the shore and the quiet was what we all needed. We walked the vineyards, the horse arena, stalls and wedding venue. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the towels……

“The only problem I found was no cooking pots or pans and it was a bit chilling in the house. Also want to note that the shades in the master bathroom were droken upon arrival. Loved the shower in the master bedroom, the faucet was located right by the door which made it so easy to turn on and warm up the water befor stepping in.”

“This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! The owners were so accommodating, gracious, sooooo easy to contact. I just cannot say enough good things about……
