“Pros: Tolles Haus, super sauber, schöne Anlage. Einfache und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sowie mit dem Personal vor Ort. Es gab alles, was es für eine tolle Woche braucht. Gefreut hat uns auch die Waschküche. Cons: Eigentlich ist es kein wirklicher Minuspunkt, da es uns nicht sehr gestört hat. Jedoch war es schon wärmer (wir hatten eine ordentliche Hitzeperiode) und die Unterkunft besitzt keine Klimaanlage. Wie gesagt, nice to have aber kein K.O. Kriterium für diese tolle……

“Pros: Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgelegen,dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Strand und findet Restaurants.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht.Der Hausbesitzer ist nett und der Kontakt unkompliziert. Cons: Kein deutsche TV.Eine Spülmaschine und Markise oder Sonnenschirm über dem Tisch draußen, wäre bei der Sonne angebracht.”

“The accommodation was a typical Spanish villa 10mins from the sea and bars/cafe's. The advert says second bathroom, there is but it is in a block outside. Kitchen had all the utensils you need. Although, could do with some mugs or larger cups and possibly a new coffee maker as this was not a gurgle, gurgle, gurgle more a gurgle ...... gurgle.Generally the place was clean apart from an odour from the inside bathroom in the hot weather, but this soon disappeared by leaving the inside window……

“Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. “We had a nice stay! The apartment is cute, very close to the beach, some restaurants and also a grocery store. The bathroom was clean and with a lot of space and the shower was large too. One thing that could be improved is the kitchen cleaning, also because we found some used sponges (by the previous guests) and an open packet of chips and the room smelled ‘’closed’’. Anyway we would choose this apartment again! Nice neighborhood, nice town and great home.”

“Pros: Dieses Haus hat uns wirklich verzaubert. Es ist unglaublich individuell und besonders. Wenn man auf sehr gut ausgestattete, praktische Ferienhäuser steht, ist dieses Haus allerdings nicht das richtige. Ich finde, man muss schon ein bisschen Hippie im Herzen sein. Miquel, der Vermieter war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit wirklich tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Sa Pobla ist ein typisch Mallorqinischer Ort mit wenig Tourismus. Cons: Es gibt nur eine Schere für Linkshänder”
