「The rooms were clean, the staff was great, the pool needed cleaning but it wasn’t bad. My only problem was that the guests were very loud in the early hours of the morning and were playing their persona speakers. I called reception and was promised they’d fix it but it wasn’t. I just wish the crowd control was managed but it’s ok. 」

I had no a lovely room with small courtyard view,room had fridge, desk and chair, microwave, jug and tea/coffee, TV, bed was comfortable and very friendly and helpful people. It is in a safe area and a short walk to cafes and shops. 」

「Exceptional Boutique Hotel with period furniture, rich paintings, large rooms, excellent decor, well maintained small hotel. The building is a Heritage building converted from an old telephone exchange and post office. Location is on Oxford Road, next to Metro station, and is close to Rosebank Mall - they provide Golf cart service. Safe location. Staff is excellent and responsive and friendly. The breakfast is very good. Very happy with the stay and would consider it again.」

「Upon arrival we were greeted by two sweet pups, Molly and Maggie. This instantly made us feel at home. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our change of plans. Plus, the food was outstanding! 」
