Property is set in a very scenic location. Room was big and spacious. Everything relatively new. Kitchen had huge dining table and well stocked cutlery. Two bathrooms shared across 7 rooms. Was quite clean. Morning hours after 8 am bathrooms got a bit busy. Overall very nice property

Very modern, clean guesthouse along the ring road, close to Vik/ other major waterfalls. Enjoyable pit stop with fully stocked kitchen.

This property is right on hwy 1. You do hear the cars driving by if you have a room that has a window in the front of the building facing the highway. The living room and dining area is so large. This space could have been smaller and allowed for private bathrooms. There were times I needed to use he WC and they were busy with guests. The only restaurant within 25 km is the one owned by the same property.

Beautiful location
I was drawn to this by the beautiful setting and views around the guesthouse and it didn’t disappoint. The mountains are behind and a gorgeous sunrise. There are 7 rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. It was busy and quiet noisy as the place isn’t too big. The kitchen had everything that you needed in it. The room was quite small. Breakfast was served over the road, in the restaurant, and seemed expensive but was good quality.

This property was excellent. It was very clean, large great windows, excellent kitchen, nice dining table, and perfect leisure space. I also LOVED the heated floor area in the kitchen and bathroom. Perfect place to stay while touring Iceland.

For the money this was the best value of our trip..The room was clean, beds comfortable and quiet. Check in was easy and the restaurant was right across the street..I wish i had a meal there! The shared bathroom was not a issue. It was a big bathroom with a nice shower!

The guest house is right by Route 1, so it's very noisy. People kept coming in and out and cooked in the common kitchen late, so it was impossible to sleep for a while. But the owners made the guest house really well, modern and welcoming.

Stayed here because of the two falls and the black sand beach. Clean and looks recently renovated. Two suggestions: please provide some paper towels and more hooks/hangers inside room 4.

I liked the convenience to the road, to a place to eat, and the fact that it was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do (Skogafoss, etc). Very quiet and clean. Had everything we needed for the night there. No complaints!

Our family of 4 stayed at the guest house cottage. The house was much better than the pictures portray. It was our favorite lodging spot. The WiFi strength was strong. The interior was clean and charming. We all felt very comfortable in the guesthouse. The views outside were gorgeous and the location to waterfalls, hiking and activities around Vik was perfect. We highly recommend the guest house.
