"The hotel isn't being maintained. There was garbage all over the grounds and in bags along the motel. The toilet was clogged and when they came to snake it, they left dirty brown water on the floor. The sheets were dirty and not only was there no breakfast, the food area was dirty with crumbs and chicken wing bones from previous people. "

"We were close to all the shopping and our room was clean and neat. Two seater table was great! It was very quiet when we were there. Our only complaints were that the beds were too firm - at least for us, no breakfasts available and we didn't have a microwave in our room (hot water and coffee was available for free in the office). "I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."

"Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine."
