The kitchen had all I would need to cook with: plenty of pots and pans, mixing bowls, other tools, baking sheets, foil, dishes, cups, spices, oil (and dish soap). The hosts thoughtfully provided space heaters since the evenings were in the 30s in early April. Other small thoughtful touches contributed to the comfort of the stay. "This cottage was a perfect location for our family’s need to be close to the soccer tournament park. The cottage was small but clean and equipped with most needs. The only things I can say were cons would be not receiving access until 30 min after check in to get in with instructions. I think a regular gas grill would be better than a state park grill to be able to have more room to cook as well as a fire pit. "I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."

"Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine."
