"Very nice property, pictures look exactly as shown online. The only negative I have to say is although the property offers laundry, the washer and dryer both had linens in them and a basket full. I was kind to finish it off so I could do a light load myself and the laundry area itself is not the most appealing. There were shoes all over the place and gym equipment scattered around. Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center

6/10 Okay

"The front desk staff were very helpful. Our room was not ready when we checked in and they said they would text us when it was ready. The text never came. We finally went back to the hotel and were able to get our room. The room was not what you would expect from a Hyatt. The bathroom had seen better days and was in need of repairs. I was there for the Buffalo Marathon and they did let us check out late so I could get a shower. That was appreciated. The morning or the marathon there were people in the hallway at 4am talking and it felt like they were in our room. The walls are very thin. Location for the marathon was great but I will look at another hotel next time. Does not live up to the Hyatt name."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and everything well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was that several of the electrical outlets in our room were loose and would not securely hold our cell phone chargers, which made charging our phones difficult. That said, it's understandable given how frequently outlets in hotel rooms are used by guests plugging and unplugging devices every day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping make our trip enjoyable and memorable."

"Location near the airport and shuttle provided excellent service and served our needs. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent from 4:30 am to 9 am. We were able to have breakfast before our 7 am flight. The staff especially Sue was very friendly and kept the dining area very clean and restocked. Coffee and hot water as well as cookies were available all day and evening. We will use this hotel again on our next visit to Buffalo."

"We were on our way home to Maine from Ohio. My daughter's husband had never been to Niagara Falls so we detoured here. We reserved two rooms. The clerk put us in side-by-side rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the fluffy towels. Only complaint was the poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was better than expected. There was a bus load of Chinese tourists who were not respectful of personal space and did not clear there tables."
