"Don't stay here, terrible experience, the neighbors were very loud at all hours of the night, yelling banging walls, slamming doors, playing music could hear through the walls, used condom on steps, shared balcony dirty, neighbor hung their laudary all over chairs, rails, Our AC went out the first night tried to call agent no answer, didn't even email to let us know they fixed the AC, only our floor was out, rest of building had electricity. "I planned a weekend away with my boyfriend and another couple. This very large house was more than we needed but we absolutely loved it! We rented the upper which was great with the large attic area and 2 balconies.. VERY clean and VERY spacious. The decor was fun and artsy. Beds were comfortable. MAKE sure you read the instructions how to open the door. It took us a few minutes to realize we read it wrong then felt like idiots. "We stayed at this rental for a Bills game weekend. The location was great for the proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. It is noisy at night, but that was expected. We had a few drawbacks. The rental had not been cleaned when we arrived - the bed was unchanged and there were dirty towels in the tub. The property manager was able to get the cleaners out the following day, so that was appreciated. We were also never able to get the smart TVs to work, which was not fixed during our stay. ...
