“There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve ”

“With such price, with such service, facility and breakfast......I can’t say it was very good but I did make a good sleep.”

“The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”

“The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The continental breakfast had a decent variety and was convenient. The staff were polite and helpful when needed. It was a fine place to stay for a short trip.”

“I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. Housekeeping cane in and they did not close the door all the way when they left so the door was not locked and when I told the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders and went on with……

“Chose here because close proximity to concert and wasn't a Comfort or Days Inn, but the place is just sketchy... From the moment I walked in it felt just weird. No decor, no music playing, no sounds, no vibe at all. Felt like I was checking into a weird movie. I saw mail in slots and was definitely unaware this was a hotel/apartment building. Idk how I missed that. Pretty strange. Asked the front desk lady for a recommendation for a place close to there for happy hour and getting some small……
