“My wife and I were traveling to the area to see a concert at the Darien Lake Amphitheater and booked the Asa Ransom House for an overnight stay so we didn’t have to drive back so late. “It was the worst hotel. I checked in early went to a wedding. Went to my room about 12 am went to go in there were people in the room called front office gave me another room walked in it was dirty and smelled like urine walked out handed key in drop box. Never stayed put complaint into Expedia waiting to see if I get a refund. This place is disgusting 😡. Will never stay there ever.”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable.
