Just a few minutes from Portofino, in the heart of the “Pearl of Tigullio,” this recently renovated oceanfront studio is located within the historic Villa Langano, built by Giacomo Costa and inaugurated in 1890. The Costas, originally from Rapallo and a family of highly successful entrepreneurs and shipowners, named their residence “Langano” in homage to the town pier that once stood opposite it—the remains of which lie beneath the pier that separates the two marinas and is now called Via Langano.

General Information
The apartment is situated in a prime oceanfront location, just a short walk from the port of Rapallo and the beautiful beaches of the Ligurian Riviera. Its proximity to Portofino allows you to enjoy fine dining and elegant boutiques. For nature lovers, the area offers numerous scenic trails ideal for hikes and relaxing walks.

The Studio Apartment
The recently renovated beachfront studio apartment is located in the basement of the villa; it has only one window and receives little natural light. To ensure a comfortable indoor climate, a centralised CMV (Controlled Mechanical Ventilation) system has been installed; this continuously operating system monitors the quality and cleanliness of the air in a confined space. Stale air is extracted from the bathroom and kitchen, while fresh outdoor air is introduced into the living room; this ensures a slow but constant air exchange throughout every corner of the home. The system operates autonomously; for optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the window closed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washer-dryer, a microwave, a blender, an espresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle. The living room includes a double sofa bed with an 18-cm mattress and comfortable memory foam pillows.

Guest Access
Pets are welcome in this apartment, provided they are kept on a leash in common areas. Quiet hours in common areas are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM; in the apartment, they are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parties are not permitted. Parking is available on-site for one car only (excluding vans, RVs, minibuses, and caravans) and must be used exclusively in the designated area, which will be indicated at check-in. The entrance gate to the property is 254 cm wide. Please use the clothesline provided in the apartment only indoors, as it is not permitted to hang laundry outside the building.
