"We are a family of 4 and booked a garden view apartment. We cooked in the apartment which is very well equipped. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in a cliff over an amazing beach which is a 5 minute walk. There is a bar by the pool serving all sorts of food. Lagos is a 50 minute walk through the scenic route passing Ponta da Piedade/Praia do Camilo/Praia de Dona Ana, some of the “must see sites” in Algarve. You can also catch a bus to Lagos, stop is by the beach. Lagos is a beautiful town...

"Warm and welcoming staff. Very attentive to requests. The breakfast was excellent especially loved the fresh fruit, juices, variety of pastries, bread, omelets, vegan options as well as cheeses and meats/ salmon. The ocean view is spectacular. My kids enjoyed tennis, the beach, golf and the other activities at Kids club. It was close to Lagos and concierge arranged our trip to Benagil. The villa we lived in was very comfortable. Look forward to visiting again."

"This is a quiet resort situated right on the coast. There are no restaurants on site but there is a bar and breakfast can be arranged. Bruno, at the front desk, helped us when we had some maintenance concerns. Anastasia, who served breakfast, was delightful. Only negative was that the double bed was too small and soft. "

"Fabulous hotel. Stunning views and first class in every way. Very boutique - only 15 rooms and each unique in design. Spacious (king bed, double closet, huge bath with views) and ours had a large veranda overlooking the pool, beach and ocean. The Miranda restaurant and bar is excellent in both menu and service. 5 minute walk to beach and 3km clifftop boardwalk to old town Lagos. Highly recommend! "

"I booked at around 8pm and drove 3 hours to get to the hotel and the door was locked I rang the door bell for 30 mins and nothing , yelled to get someone attention and nothing , don’t book this hotel with out calling first to see if someone is there working or you will be left outside "

"This is a maximum a 3 star hotel overall. Breakfast and dinner were really poor. In the morning almost all tables were dirty and staff have done nothing about that. Also we weren’t offered any drinks or eggs, later we found out that we could have a sunny side up or similar by request but it was impossible to find staff. Beds are just awful and painful, old mattresses with broken springs. Only 1 (ONE!!!) average speed EV charger in the whole facility."

"Great view of the ocean from our room on the 2nd floor of the Beach House. It had a huge balcony which was nice. Shower and bathroom were great. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Our only complaint was the main door to the beach house had a spring that made the door slam which would reverberate through the building. Switch that mechanism for a soft close one and you’ve got a winner."

"Easy to park and access. Check in was smooth. Our room was on the second floor with a window looking out to the coast. We could open the window and listen to the waves all night. So close to everything. The bed was amazing! Huge bathtub and lots of warm water. The breakfast filled us up with many options for breads, pastries, coffees…the elevator made it really easy to move our luggage to the room. "

"Beautiful place! When we first arrived I was in love. However the administration did not communicate well with the customer so we did not know requirements of our stay so things did not work out well. Did not really feel welcome from the admin although housekeeping was most considerate. The are is beautiful but you do need a vehicle. Beautiful beaches in Lagos and Lux!"
