“We wanted a comfortable place for two seniors within easy walking distance of the railway station, shops, restaurants and all the sights of York, and this rental was perfect in every way. The location could not have been better and we appreciated that the flat was on the ground floor with no stairs. The fact that the bathroom was an ensuite was very handy for us although we recognize it could be awkward for parties of 4. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the self checkin was……

“The apartment was comfortable, clean, tidy and convenient for access to the racecourse or for access to York by car. It’s about a half hour walk to the city centre. There's a local bakery and convenience store nearby and we found on street parking for one car. In the first floor apartment, There’s a small kitchen with a full cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge and washer dryer. The dining table only seats four so you may need to also sit on a bed. The beds are comfortable with bedding and towels……
