"An unexpected amazing experience. Starting with the online booking, being on our way to Europa-Park (2 adults +2 kids), everything was spot on. Although we've arrived late after midnight, we have been immediately accommodated by very nice, multilingual and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very welcoming and spotless clean. The breakfast is attended by a "Turbo" lady which was filling in the buffet and will never let you wait or ask for something. A big THANK YOU to all the staff and especially to the GM, which had trained the staff to high standards. "The staff and spa were excellent. Unfortunately on our way through Paris my friend took a spill down the escalator as we did not make it until the following morning. I did reach out and was still accommodated. Thank you!"

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are readily available and helpful. Three types of water are available at all times. It’s in the central area of town which is walkable to just about everything. The breakfast is not free but it has everything and more! "

"Great hotel, unbelievable breakfast and really amazingly decorated spa. Two small issues were the air conditioning was not strong enough and that the parking was very expensive as there are no hotel parking spots"
