Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! “Yes, it's a small home, but it has everything you need. All 5 beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms downstairs have a bit of an odor and are a little stuffy, but to find a home with 4 rooms and 5 beds on short notice at such an affordable price was amazing, so we didn't mind at all. We would stay again if we had another event in Spokane.”

“This was a great place to stay. It's as good as the pictures. We had plenty of room, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to shopping, about a mile from Costco and also Lake Coeur d'Alene. We enjoyed walking around downtown and along the lake. We watched a seaplane take off from the lake. The fall colors were amazing. Our kids and grandchildren enjoyed it too, especially when we found a toy store at the indoor shopping center. The host was very responsive and helpful.”

“The location was convenient, the house was a great layout for kids and a dog, and the beds were comfortable. The My only complaint would be that the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable. We didn't spend much time at the house but after winding down, cooking dinner and sitting down for relaxation and conversation it was not very comfortable. The sofa is not sturdy, in particular for larger individuals and only one of the sitting chairs felt ”

“Property is in a great location & easy to find. Owners were very responsive & accommodating to provide equipment that I should have (but didn’t) request in advance. We left a note regarding a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owners probably aren’t aware of as they don’t live there & aren’t really a big enough deal to report, but overall a great place to stay. Check in/check out is as easy as it gets!”
