Die Zufahrt erfolgt wohl über das Grundstück der Nachbarn, mit welchen scheinbar aktuell ein Gerichtlicher Streit geführt wird. Das macht die Zufahrt extrem schwierig und was Wenden fast unmöglich mit größeren PKW. Das erfährt man allerdings erst einen Tag vor Anreise. Extrem ärgerlich.Ebenso wird die Kaution für die Grillecke nicht erstattet, obwohl man alles gründlich reinigt.Bei Anreise war das Haus kalt und es dauerte einen ganzen Tag bis es warm wurde.Unter diesen Umständen auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Die Abwicklung lief reibungslos. Das Haus ist geräumig und für 10 Personen gut ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Küche (mit 2 Spülmaschinen) und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Eckbank, ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit Stockbett sowie ein schönes Badezimmer. Im ersten Stock ist eine weitere Küche (die nicht mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet ist, aber einen zweiten Aufenthaltsraum bietet), zwei Doppelzimmer, ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett, ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit niedriger Deckenhöhe sowie ein Bad und ein WC. Im Kellergeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, Dusche und WC sowie die Sauna. Leider sind - anders als auf den Fotos zu sehen - keine Liegestühle vorhanden. Anders als auf den Fotos wurde unterhalb des Hauses ein Haus gebaut, dessen Garten mit Hecken eingerahmt ist. Dies beeinträchtigt den freien Ausblick. Die schöne "Grillhütte" kann gegen eine Kaution benutzt werden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus und die Parksituation ist mehr als schwierig. Man erreicht das Haus über einen schmalen Weg, der - erlaubterweise - durch den Hof des Nachbarn führt. Am Haus hat man nur eine sehr schmale Durchfahrt in das Grundstück und praktisch keine Wendemöglichkeit. Das Auto soll hinter dem Haus geparkt werden, was mit einem etwas größeren Fahrzeug schier unmöglich ist. Aufgrund eines Konflikts zwischen dem Eigentümer und der Nachbarn ist es nicht möglich zu wenden, das Herausfahren (rückwärts!) ist mehr als eine Herausforderung. Hierauf sollte in der Beschreibung hingewiesen werden.
