"Staff was courteous and helpful. Location not the best as a mile or so from town and not good transportation option. Seemed only ONE UBER and had to use taxis which were hard to obtain some of the time. Parking in town is not an option as it was crawling with tourists. Comfortable beds and nice towels."

"We loved our stay at the pathmaker’s hotel. It was a very welcoming place and all the staff were very kind. Our room was wonderful, and the location was perfect to park our car and walk to all of the local restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend for anyone to stay at Pathmaker."

"Very clean room and entire facility. Front desk was very helpful in recommending local restaurants. Breakfast was fast and reasonable at their Looking Glass Restaurant. Our only negative was that housekeeping did not come in either day and we had to call at the end of the day for towels which were promptly delivered. Nice proximity to downtown area and Acadia. Would definitely recommend."

"Elsa’s was wonderful. I truly loved chatting with Gail in the living room, looking out at the sea, about the local area. Breakfast was delicious with more conversation with the other guests. Beats a motel any day."

"The view itself was priceless. The cottage was very clean. It did have a little step down going into the bedroom that I wasn’t aware of and almost fell. The shower is really tiny. The directions to the cottage had said something about seeing a sign to stay right, but turn left. There wasn’t any stay right sign that we saw. The cottage also said it was secluded but there is 2 neighbors. The trees block them but you can hear the kids playing, etc. On the other side we saw a man outside our window taking pictures of the sunset. The communication with the housekeeper was awesome. We definitely got plenty of relaxation in and did someFishing. We didn’t catch anything but enjoyed ourselfs."
