“Lovely apartment ”

“No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had……

“All I can say about the property is that it was clean. The owner did repair the loose toilet seat, replace the dead smoke alarm battery, and bring more crockery fairly quickly after I complained. But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard……

“Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Was perfect for what we needed. Peaceful and very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.”

“What can I say about Frankie's Place other than that it is absolutely picture-perfect! It looks exactly like the photos on the site, if not even better when you see it in person.We only stayed for one night, as the property was already booked for the following night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a wonderful place to relax.I would definitely recommend Frankie's Place to my family and friends, and we would certainly love to come back……

“Apartment was clean and exactly as stated in the advertisement! Only issue we encountered was the front door being locked and on latch at 2am… However the property manager responded within 10 minutes even at 2am in the morning. Excellent service!”
