「Let's cut to the chase, this hotel is simply terrific. I was only there for one night as it was a flight schedule thing, but if asked, would I stay here again? Simple answer, definitely. Check in was simple and the reception was welcome and friendly. All of the staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant, which is a huge plus. 「We really enjoyed our stay at Aloft Ballantyne. We brought our dog and everyone was so welcoming to her as well! the front desk staff helped us find a great place to eat that was dog friendly. We were also very happy with the cleanliness and quality of the room! 」

「The Bistro was nice. I couldn’t read the bottles in the shower to know which was shampoo & conditioner! I’m not familiar with that brand 39 North. I did like the lamps over the bed & desk. After having eye surgery, it was easy to read phone & computer without any glare of bulbs!!」
