I really wanted to take a hot shower. You need adjust the temperature because at its highest temp it was not hot enough. That hurt your score. I asked one of the cleaning attendants for an extra shampoo and conditioner, She looked into my bathroom said, “You didn’t use yours.” I responded, “I know because I have a lot of hair and one isn’t going to be enough.” I did not like that like. I should not have to explain myself. Clearly, if you look at me, I have long thick hair snd you were being nosy looking into my room on top of questioning me? It was rude and an invasion of my privacy. Plus, I stayed nights there should’ve been four towels instead of two. That hurt your score. One thing I really liked was the location and how convenient it was to use the stairs from the room. The outside key card side entry door was also great rather than always going through the front. Bevy and the other breakfast attendant who works morning breakfast definitely made the experience delightful. I really appreciated their service. Your hotel texts way too much. We got things to do the last thing we need is for constant notifications when we got other reasons on why we are in the area. It’s inconsiderate of our time. To the point where I had to text STOP and somehow you all are still texting me after the stay asking for the review. Well, you asked for it. How did that even go through when I said STOP? oh this review is through email but my point exactly. Borderline harassment.

Rooms seemed clean, bed was comfortable. Location was convenient for an Uber to Santander Arena. Check in took quite awhile but i don't think it was because of the staff, the couple booking kept making changes. However, there was only one person checking in but 2-3 people behind the desk. Overall, happy with the stay and would book there again.

I wish I could remember the front desk attendants name, but he was extremely professional and fast. One of the quickest check-in experiences I’ve ever had. Clean room, clean bathroom and an overall quality experience. Even for a 1 night stay!
