Be prepared for some challenges getting in and out through the garage door, but other than that, I had no real complaints about the cleanliness or amenities of the apartment. One other possible word of warning - the soundproofing leaves a bit to be desired, so you will hear a lot of noise when people upstairs are walking, but that's a decent tradeoff considering the amenities and price of the rental overall."
