More cabin than cottage with resident spiders and ants. Well water is a treat, but water pressure is poor while pool next door is being filled. Access to Round Valley is not as easy as it looks in the picture. I got lost on the way back, so mark your path. Owner promised to deep clean, so give it a try, but check the oven when you get there. We love New Hope and know it well, and this was a nice distance from there to accommodate naps and doing some sightseeing. Super close access to the canal trails, and the most awesome porch. “We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We were pleased the room was as pictured. At at first we were concerned when a few things that would make our stay more convenient appeared missing. However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. “Originally booked this location so we could take our 4-year old to Sesame Place (about 25 min drive), explore New Hope, and enjoy the pool. This was a great location to do all these things!It was not quite the vacation we were expecting when a severe storm knocked out power to much of the town, including the rental. Chip and Nancy went out their way as hosts to stay in communication about what was going on and even hooked up a generator for our last two nights so we could still use the rental.……

“Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn.”
