"I brought my family to the Inn, knowing it had a high rating. We arrived earlier for check in by 2 hours so the lady that greeted us told us the room wasn’t ready since check in was at 4 pm. She offered to call me, she asked and I gave her my phone number, but we never received that phone call. We decided to go have lunch while we waited. She never offered us to use the amenities in the Inn or anything of the sort. I thought she would be more attentive and serviceable but maybe she is new and inexperienced. When we came back, after 4 pm, for check in the gentleman who greeted us was more welcoming. I wish the parking availability was more open and perhaps assigned. The Inn was very comfortable and the amenities were outstanding. Loved our stay in the Green Mountain Inn"

"First I want to thank Chaz and Jennnete for allowing us to switch our stay last minute. I booked for the wrong dates and didn't realize until the morning prior. I sent them a panicked message very early in the am (sorry about that) but quickly set our minds at ease and rectified my mistake. They were under no obligation to do so but were happy to help. Perfect location to downtown. A 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants. A grocery store yards from the front door. Accurate pictures and descriptions and extremely clean. We're allowed to check in when we arrived at 10:30 am. (A great perk) Chaz and Jennette both communicate directly with us through out our stay. Check out was quick and easy. We will surely be a repeat customer."

"Star gazing by the fireplace, unique and cozy homestyle breakfast, great cabin, super kind staffs. We are already planing next visit and stay. One down side I must say is water pressure. It was very weak, but it did not steal the amazing experience at the hotel."

"Stayed here with my mom and her dog it was the perfect location and spot for us. The host is very responsive and helpful. They even left dog treats in the house! But truly the location of this could not be better. Just a walk downtown and a stones throw away from a supermarket! Would definitely stay again!"

"We loved this place! Its location just a few minutes walk from the center of town yet next to the sound of a babbling creek was perfect! The unit was huge - and the king size bed was fantastic. But our favorite “hang out” space was the outside deck just off the bedroom overlooking the creek below. We’ll be back…."
