“When we first pulled up to the property we were under the impression that it was the property next door. The other property was the one that they showed all the pictures of including the water slide etc. when it came to the rooms they were not as advertised and the beds were very worn out. Soon as you sat down you felt like you were sitting on the box spring. The beds also made lots of noise. “The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with a bad smell coming from behind and underneath the refrigerator. I called the front desk, and I have to say that they were very responsive. They sent a lady to clean the area, and she did a very thorough deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the smell continued, and even the drinks we kept inside the refrigerator started to smell bad. The next day, I contacted the front desk again. Maintenance came and sprayed……

“The pool and the view from our room was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. But the chairs on the balcony and the dining area were filthy. Including the curtains. The bed were super uncomfortable water pressure in the shower was low. And some of the bath towels were dingy.”
