We had an excellent stay. The staff was great and the pool area was very nice. We had a small issue in the bath room and it was promptly taken care of even though it was at night. The next day they contacted us and told us we could move to another room or extend our check out time. Very first class service.

Courteous staff. Location trendy with walkable good restaurants and connected to a mall. Fixtures are old, no hot water, few shower tiles unglued. Terrace was used as storages. Visible crawling pest. Very disappointed as it was advertised as 5 star accommodation.

We absolutely loved this grand hotel, Everything was top notch. If I was going to nitpick to find anything to say they could improve on it's the showers. They leak into the bathrooms and you need a towel to dry it up. plus you can't put a towel behind the shower door because the door is too low and it gets caught. not a big deal really. the hotel is amazing.

"It is a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't mind staying there again but they need to fix the wifi internet connection. It drops often. If they could fix that I will be their regular costumer."

"The first room we were given, the door wouldn’t lock so we had to move rooms, every night there were door’s being banged and loud talking until around 3am The room was only cleaned 3 times in the whole 9 day stay"
