This spacious upstairs 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium has a a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin XL over queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and a living/dining area with a gas log fireplace. The unit has recently received multiple upgrades including new floors, carpet, furniture, and much more. 6 people max.

This facility has a private stocked lake and heated outdoor swimming pool that is open from mid May – September. It is located one block from the main ski chairlift and is an easy walk to restaurants, the ski area, grocery store and shops. The property is also located on the river and provides walkable river fishing opportunities. The property also features gas and charcoal grills, coin-operated laundry facilities, no contact housekeeping, and wireless internet service.

6 people maximum.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Guests are required to provide a credit card number and sign a renter's responsibility form at the front desk upon check-in in the event that the property is damaged during the stay.

Our go-to spot for Red River this time of year

This our second stay at this location and it was once again fantastic. Beautiful location with a park and small pond for the kids, close enough to walk into town, friendly staff. We'll certainly be coming back.

Nice stay in the mountains

Peaceful stay in a beautiful location. Condo was set up well and we had everything we needed. Note that since we stayed during off season we were not able to experience all that the town offered but we did get to relax and enjoy the cool temperatures

Perfect spot for families

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids and we will definitely be returning. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, facilities were very clean. The kids loved spending time out on the playground and it was walking distance from town. Great experience overall.

The condo units were joined 15A & B and created a lot of space for our 3 man group. Great location to Red River Ski Resort, as well as Main Street restaurants . Staff were friendly and helpful.

Family Time

The location of this place is great. Very well maintained property and peaceful. The staff are always welcoming and answer any questions. My family has been vacationing here for 15 years and Ive never had a bad experience.

Was an awesome property

The property was nice and clean. It was easy check in. Property was on the outer edge of town so not everyone walked by, but we were still close enough to be able to walk to all our destinations. Really enjoyed our time.

Wonderful and comfortable property. The distance to everything in town is perfect. When you come, bring some crackers to feed the deer that walk right up. The kids absolutely loved it. Thank you!

Clean and convenient

We stayed 4 night here to be able to ski Red River. It was very close to the ski area and there is a bus that passes if you don’t want to walk with your gear. There was lots of wildlife around in the mornings and afternoons. The place was very clean and instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow
