“This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The facilities are in terrible condition and clearly neglected. We booked three rooms, and every single one had an overwhelming, unbearable cigarette smell. The lack of maintenance is alarming—doors and windows are broken, and even the locks do not work properly, which made us feel completely unsafe during our stay. “The only thing nice was pet friendly. The room was disgusting. Looked liked poop smeared on the ceiling, blood stain splattered in the bathroom wall and by one of the beds. Food and sticky stuff in the end table drawers, toilet never flushed properly, the floor was black and sticky and walls had looked like dry boogers. The only decent staff was one gal that I only saw once and that was the night before I left. When I alerted the one staff about the room she stared at me like she could care……

“We got there past the check in time but it was easy to check in and get in with the digital key. Room was great and very clean. Everything is new. Beds and pillows were very comfy. I would recommend that you get the actual key card from the office though; the digital key is great but not super reliable as you depend on internet connection and sometimes it can be slow. “This by far the least impressive of all the locations I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not properly cleaned, staff was short and mild tempered. I will say the house keeping staff was extremely nice and approachable. Definitely expected more from the Embassy.”

“Clean room, helpful and flexible staff when it came to checking in late. The instructions to check in were very clear, just make sure to let them know ahead of time. They were flexible with checking out as well, really made my stay much less of a headache.”

“For a room that was $200 a night I was incredibly disappointed! The first thing I tried to use was the TV & remote. It took me 10 minutes to turn the tv on with the remote because of how sticky the buttons were on the remote and once the tv came on the coloring was broken so you could barely see what was going on.
