Great home in a great neighborhood. Backyard is beautiful and pet welcoming. Mary’s lake trails were great for walking our dog. House had everything we needed and our host was great!

The house was cozy and modern. Loved the big kitchen island, stove, huge master bedroom and the neighborhood was nice. The backyard has so much to offer with its salt water pool, hammock and bonus tv room. The host, Christy, was very courteous and responsive to our needs. I would stay here again.

It's a great place. Everything is spotless. All appliances are new. The host stayed in communication with us throughout the trip. Great pool. Plenty of space for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. Good grocery stores within a mile distance. Whiskeytown Lake and Lake Shasta are about 15 minutes away. Would love to comeback next near!

First of all, you feel very secure about the code to get in the house because the process is tied to you personally. Once you get in, you struck by the peacefulness and cleanliness of the rooms and decor. The windows to the backyard bring in the peacefulness of the property, it’s a beautiful view of the outdoor space, complete with a hammock swinging lazily in the breeze. Everything is very functional— as well as beautiful. If you want a home away from home, this is the place. But be warned, you might find excuses to skip activities because you just wanted to spend time in this peaceful space. :)Christy is very quick getting back if you have any questions at all and is a pleasure to communicate with.We enjoyed the space so much, and highly recommend it. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area.

This place was great! We loved the vibe and the layout - it was perfect for our stay. The house looks recently remodeled, the yard was lovely (it was too cold to really take advantage of it, but our dogs loved it!), and the location was good. The host was responsive and helpful.
