Nice Property

Spacious place for family gathering

The rest of the family were staying in the original section of Eagle Crest, which is too small for 7 people to sit. This place was perfect for everyone to spread out to watch the All Star Game and have a great meal together.

Beautiful home in a quiet, natural setting

Really well-maintained, quiet, comfortably furnished townhome. It was probably the most relaxing vacation we've ever had-too bad it was only a long weekend! Deer wandered by the deck, and we woke to birdsong. We walked our pup down the creek side.

Eagle crest townhouse

The house was very clean and orderly much as described online. The lock for the sliding glass door off the living room did not readily work so you had to work at it for the lock to work. There should be a dowel to put in place until it is repaired. Other than that it is a great place to stay!

Lovely home.

Absolutely wonderful house that has everything you may need. Only issues we had was the master bathroom toilet did not want to flush. And also the living room tv didn’t work. We could not figure out how to turn on the tv setting.

Condo in

The townhouse was spacious and in a good location, close to a pool and fitness center. However, there were cleanliness and maintenance issues with this unit. The old shag carpet was dirty with visible pet stains and clearly needed to be replaced. The bedroom with the queen bed upstairs had a huge urine stain on the bed skirt and the room smelled heavily of urine. Contacted Vacasa and was told someone from the local team would follow-up although no one did. We also found mouse droppings under the kitchen sink and a large ant colony living under the front steps to the house. A definite safety issue was that one of the bunk bed ladders was missing a bracket to hold it to the bed, yet the ladder was placed against the bunk so you didn’t know it was broken until you started to climb it, which the kids did. Vacasa did contact us back on that one, but we told them we weren’t planning to use the upper bunk, so they didn’t come and fix it. Had a fun time with family despite issues, but would not rent again.

Love Redmond

We enjoyed our trip to the Creekside Condos, loved all of Redmond. Rented a boat on the Billy Chinook Lake, Coffee, golf and dinner in Sisters. Visted Faith, Hope and Charity, traveled to the lava fields, spent a few days at the pool!! Wine tasting at the Good Drop in Bend!

Great place for families with kids

Overall, we really liked this condo! The location is close to one of the pools (the one with the splash pad, wading pool, hot tub, and normal pool.). The living room was large and super conducive to all the games our the 5 kids we had with us wanted to play. Things that could make it even better: 1) Adding a hot tub on the deck. 2) A full set of both measuring spoons and cups in the kitchen (it is quite well stocked aside from these.) 3) The kitchen is tiny. It felt super unmanageable when trying to prepare a meal for 9. The layout of the downstairs is kind of strange, and it’s a bummer that the kitchen suffered! (And then the master bath is ridiculously huge!) 4) There are a few loose bricks on the porch walking in, that seem like they could become a bigger problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Quiet & Spacious

House is well maintained and has plenty of space. Is situated in a nice, quiet are of the resort. Had everything we needed. Only thing we had a hard time with were the TV’s and accompanying remotes. Some instructions would’ve been helpful but we were able to screencast/airplay off pur phones, just need to be on the wifi. Would stay there again.

Great Weekend Getaway

The house was so spacious and clean. Great amenities provided and very comfortable for a large group. The neighborhood has really pretty walking trails and views of the mountains on a clear day. Located a bit outside of town, but would definitely stay again!

Would not hesitate to rent again

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Had everything, missing nothing. From making dinner to having fun at the resort... everything was just easy. Family was moving out of Oregon but had to stick around for a week and this home was a lifesaver and made our situation much less stressful.

Perfect Spot for Families

This location was a perfect spot with just the right amount of room for our family to enjoy Eagle Crest and the surrounding Bend area. The home was clean and had just the right amount of beds for the 5 of us, a couple of extra friends, and our dog. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away for a few days in Central Oregon.

Condo was perfect! Loved the loft area for the kids! Loved the open space, super comfortable! Property manager was quick to respond with questions and super accommodating for us! One of the smoothest experiences in renting a place I’ve ever had!
