「This is the second stay at this hotel, lovely friendly efficient staff and nice spacious rooms. Very nice restaurant and public areas. Well placed to explore the area. 」

「Very quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault the service we received at the bar or in the restaurant and the food was amazing. 」

「We stayed 3 nights and the experience was excellent. Clean, quiet and superb breakfast included. Ate dinner in the pub twice which was very good. No downsides, just that there was no cot available for the baby. No issues as we were told that in advance so brought our own. Also the single bed in our room was very squeaky. Would definitely stay again. 」

「What I love this hotel the most is the breakfast, its by order and put you feel like on vocation (I am on biz trip). The staff was very nice as well. The hotel location is perfect and nearby market place, very easy to walk around this lovely city. The only thing that need to improve is the internet connection, it was that good in my room.」

「We had a truely wonderful stay at Willance House, a littke gem of a place a short walk from Richmond town centre with ample street parking opposite. The guest house itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was good quality ingredients and absoloutley delicious. The hosts Colin and Sandra were very welcoming and attentive, fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would without a doubt stay here again and higly recommend. 」

「Very nice welcome and hosts were very helpful. Luxurious room and bathroom. Nothing seemed too much for the hosts with great choice for made to order breakfast. The property sits in large and well laid out grounds. Dinner was also available. Would thoroughly recommend you stay here.」
