“Room was not clean. Toilet bowl had a lot of rust stains as if it wasn't cleaned for days. Room had a strange, pungent odor. Ran out of tissues immediately. One comforter had yellow stains. The chair was very stained, not suitable for sitting. Lightbulb missing in floor lamp. Worst of all, the top drawer of the bedside stand had an empty pack of cigarettes, empty pepsi bottle, dried sticky fluid and used straw. Disgusting! Complained to manager who did promised to follow up with Expedia and call……
