"Elevators too slow, Air conditioning in room was a nightmare With these two problems the rest of services did not count "

"Hotel El Ejecutivo is a very basic, dated property that is starting to show its age. The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin, and I could hear almost every conversation and movement from other guests on my floor. The staff also seemed quite indifferent and weren't particularly welcoming. A strange but notable downside: the shower pressure was so intense it was actually painful. The only real reason to stay here is the location—only book this if you absolutely need to be near Reforma and are looking for the lowest possible price. "

"Very clean and safe hotel. Front desk set us up with a nice quiet room not street side albeit next to the elevator and some guests are rude and talk loudly while waiting for it. Wish they had soft pillow options for side/stomach sleepers. Awesome area, close to many restaurants, vendors, 24hr convenience. Would stay again! "

The staff were all very helpful and it was easy to store luggage there if you have a late flight. Everything is fairly new so it was very clean and comfortable. I have travelled a lot and this property hit a lot of high notes. Nothing was of concern. I would definitely stay there again. "
