“I booked this place super last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, takes 10 min to get to either. Cutest little cul-de-sac with 6 total cottages on the property. Love that it was pet friendly. Might just be the time of year but mosquitoes were eating us up like a buffet when in the grass area. Definitely take bug repellent if you’re gonna hang outside. The cottage itself is just what you need nothing more, nothing less. This……

“We were house hunting in Victoria, wanted to find a quiet spot to relax, but close enough to Rockport to go for dinner, etc. This small cabin was perfect for my sister and I with our small dogs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and there were thoughtful touches here and there. I would stay again. Thank you!”

“Very unique and beautifull. Wife has always wanted to stay in a Yurt and this one did not disappoint. We both also loved the little hot tub. Very relaxing!! Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a couples getaway.”

“This property is perfect for working crews in the Refugio area. We were able to park our equipment on site and felt comfortable with it there. The owners were extremely flexible with our group and our trip days. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting with the outside cooking options since everyone felt relaxed outside after work. The bunk houses for extra accommodations worked well for our time there. We definitely recommend staying here.”

“all was great with exception of upstairs, ceilings very low and got uncomfortable to duck your head, and stairs leading upstairs were very steep. Aside from this i would still recommend the property 🙂”
