“It was not ok. We didn’t have much of a choice because we had reserved online and couldn’t get our money back. It took 30 mins to get someone to the window to check in at 8:30. Then the toilet was stopped up and had to change rooms, they also took another $100 for “Deposit” when you check in. If it’s cash you get it back when you check out but if it’s card it takes a week or two. There was dog feces everywhere, even on the stairs. The only thing for breakfast was a couple pieces of bread and……

“Comfort at the front desk was wonderful. I was put on the newly renovated floor which was beautiful. Everything was very clean. While there are other floors being renovated, I have to say I wouldn’t have noticed unless I was told, meaning the noise level from the renovation was minuscule to none. Breakfast was good, and I have to say I love that Fairfield offers real cream(half and half) at the coffee bar. They’re be of the only hotels that I’ve seen offer that. I will definitely be rebooking……
