"The staff was friendly yet professional. Rayn even helped me get my luggage inside on a very snowy day. The breakfast was excellent. The room as clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was a VERY slow drain in the sink in our room 111. It would collect all water and drain very slowly. I reported it at check out. Hopefully that will be fixed before the next traveler stays there."

"Having 2BR/2BA was a better value than staying at a hotel."

"Room and bathroom is clean, although sheets had old sticker residue and ripped hole in pillow case. Pillows are near flat and bedding was thin with no extra provided. No USB ports in room was an unexpected added cost to buy wall charger. Also had homeless hanging near garbage cans outside. Staff was friendly and quick check in/out. Washer & dryer for laundry on each floor is nice, as well as vending for snacks/drinks. You can tell there has been some upgrades to rooms/bathrooms but minor wall damage and other minor things indicates an older hotel."

"Great response from the host. The unit was clean, nice linens and amenities. Extras like charging stations, laundry and dishwasher pods and shower soaps. The space is well laid out and comfortable. The appliances are new and convenient. We would stay here again, nice central location. "

"The house was relaxing, comfortable, and accommodating. The beds and bedding were comfortable and it was nice there was no cleaning fee. We didn’t use them, but we were thankful that various entertainment was available. Would stay again."
