“Basic, clean, comfortable, unremarkable hotel. It was a convenient place to stay about 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The area near the hotel is okay, but a little close to the highway so there's road noise all night, which may vary based on room placement. Other room doors are very loud, so there's plenty of slamming noises too. Nothing within walking distance, as it's an industrial-type area, manageable with a car. “Great location right by the highway exit. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We drove from Cleveland Airport. Friendly staff! :) Keep up the good work! Mentor is a bigger city just 10 minutes away. Great options for restaurants and grocery stores. Too bad they didn't have a mini-fridge in the room. It would make our life easier, as we had medication that was temperature controlled. We were there for two nights visiting Kirtland's Historic Sites. It was boiling hot outside (July/2025),……

“Breakfast was great, very responsive staff when my towel bar fell off the wall, quiet room. Loved it! The design is deliberately “old fashioned”, but the rooms could use upgrades. That’s my only complaint! ”

“Stayed for a weekend, the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet.
