“Easy parking. Clean rooms.”

“Make sure you bring your phone charger (the block and cord). Also had to request a hair dryer.”

“Only good thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is in disrepair with holes in the lobby ceiling, the hallways had an odor, and floors were not clean.”

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one……

“This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. The whole building smelled like cigarettes and weed, the room was the worst. Literal grime on the walls. I went to the room then left the property immediately and found a different hotel.”

“The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot. The freezer had old ice laying on the bottom with food……

“We booked this motel mainly because we have kids and they wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was not filled up and when we asked about it the staff said they didn't know when it would be filled up. Was a real bummer for my kids. Probably won't be back there or recommend”

“Rudeness and ignorance from front desk employee Debbie. She came off as a rascist Karen that didn’t want to help me check in. The stay was not worth the money. Room was not updated and I wasn’t told where the hot tub even existed.”

“酒店一般，离克利夫兰有点距离，管理比较严格，刷卡进楼。房间有炉灶但不提供厨具和餐具。前台有卖，20刀一套，要花40刀才能自己做饭，所以最好自己提前准备！”

“Great historical stay!!! Amazing history of the mansion!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Cleanest rooms ever!!! Wonderful front porch with rocking chairs!!! Highly recommend a stay at Steele Mansion!!!”
