I recently booked a stay for my friend and would like to provide some feedback regarding their experience. Upon booking, I was informed that the $15 parking fee could be waived at checkout. I relayed this information to my friend, advising them to request the waiver at that time. Despite this assurance, they were still charged the full $20 parking fee at checkout, which was both unexpected and disappointing. Additionally, my friend encountered issues with the room's condition. The room had an unpleasant odor and was not clean upon arrival. They took the initiative to clean the room themselves to make it more comfortable. While I appreciate their resourcefulness, this situation was not ideal.On a positive note, the maintenance team responded promptly to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner, which was appreciated. While the maintenance service was commendable, the discrepancies regarding the parking fee and the room's condition detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
