This is a very nice hotel super close to the boardwalk. There is decent parking within the hotel and on street. The hotel is located in the heart of things in Rehoboth Beach. The room was well furnished and had a balcony. The bathroom is small. I would definitely stay here again.

I love staying at the Beach View! The staff are very friendly and accommodating! We love happy hour and enjoying cookies and tea at night! The beach is a quick walk and the hotel provides chairs and towels. It is just a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue where there are many lovely restaurants and businesses.

Love this hotel. Perfect location boardwalk not far and lots of restaurants in area no need to drive. Beds comfy, staff are awesome. Love the chocolate chip cookies in the evenings. This is our go to hotel when in the area. The breakfast included with lots of choices and varies each morning.

The property could not be beat for value, cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast every morning was spot on. The wine and cheese at night was fantastic and warm cookies before bed was an awesome way to finish a relaxing day. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly and amenity filled stay.
