I’m so glad I chose this Motel for a quick weekend getaway to Rehoboth Beach. The room was clean, cute and beautifully appointed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was more than adequate. This will be my first choice when I return to Rehoboth!

Thus was a lovely small boutique hotel steps away from the main area of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Because it was off season(first week of November) the price was excellent. Complimentary breakfast included hot entrees, good coffee and pastries and yogurt.

I don't understand why this hotel has a such a high rating. I chose it because I had a 4.7 on Google. It's pretty beat up, neglected, and not super clean. It also smells like urine. The cookies were good. Coffee is available all the time, the breakfast was ehh. Beat smells like piss Cookie good

Right next to the boardwalk and plenty of places to eat nearby. It is a great spot. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. where the tub meets the wall and floor hasn't been cleaned in a while. Carpet floor in the bedroom, I prefer tile throughout that way you know you're not getting any bugs from the carpet. The free breakfast in the morning is very disappointing. On the website it shows a beautiful spread of pancakes, waffles, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries and various eggs sunny-side up. What was actually at the breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes, a large bowl of yogurt that you scoop out and put your own toppings on. Single serving cereal packages. No waffles, no pancakes, no fresh fruit but they did have Royal Farm type breakfast sandwiches. Total disapointment. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with.

Great location. Clean and newly renovated lobby.. but the room was dated and dirty. We walked around the room barefoot and both mine and my kids feet were black from dirt .. balcony needed to be power washed dead bugs and dirt everywhere. Asked for sheets for the sofa bed and they smelled musty and horrible.

The staff was attentive. Room was clean. The perks included free wine and cheese. Free cookies and a complimentary breakfast. Only negative comment on the breakfast I would have is there wasn’t a waffle maker and the biscuits were not fully cooked.

This was excellent- appeared to be newly remodeled, nice breakfast, great location, reasonably priced and our balcony had an ocean view. We even left something behind at checkout and they called us immediately to se if they could mail it to us. It did appear that the lower levels were not remodeled, so I wouldn’t consider staying below. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel! The staff are friendly and helpful as other reviewers have noted and the parking, which is on site, is ample. I stayed the third week of May and left a few times only to return to multiple open spots. The room is serviced daily, which seems like a luxury since the pandemic, and the breakfast that consists of meat pies, potatoes, eggs, and coffee/tea is respectable. My room was also very quiet at night (1st floor facing Wilmington av). My only small grievance is the hot water from the sink/shower can be luke warm in the early morning. I would happily stay here again.
