Six beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and a large beach cart are provided for your time on the sand. Tour Nassau Valley Vineyards, Gordon's Pond State Park Area, many green golf courses, local eateries, and an array of family-friendly attractions to make unforgettable Delaware memories. A detailed guide to restaurants, breweries, and local attractions awaits you in the home.

Sawgrass is a private, gated community offering a host of amenities, including two community pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, clubhouses, and basketball courts for your entertainment.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by resting on plush furniture, curling up with a good book by the fireplace, or streaming your favorite shows on the large TV. The group's chef will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. With six beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Watch the stunning sunsets from the comfort of your back patio, your favorite drink in hand.

Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play and a high chair.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely home!

The house was spacious and clean. The amenities are nice in the community but you can’t play tennis or pickleball unless you have a neighborhood app to sign up for a time. The older residents, many!, also would lecture you about rules of the pool and using amenities in the clubhouse. The neighbors are overwhelming. The pool also closes too early for the summer….before dark at 8. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed the home but not the neighborhood.
