Great location and excellent accommodations for a family gathering. Having four bedrooms each with their own bathroom allows each couple to have their own space while the common area was perfect for hanging out together, having meals, playing games, watching a movie, etc.

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms this place was perfect for our visit to Bethany Beach. Tucked away to enjoy the peaceful setting but close enough to everything we needed. Highly recommend !!

Bethany Bay resort was a wonderful stay for my adult family. Close to the beaches and shopping for the kids but had an awesome pool too where us parents spent most of our time. Thank you for a great vacation! Stephanie Allison

Our stay was lovely. The condo had just what we needed, and then some! My kids loved the property and being able to walk around some. Our only suggestion would be to include a sleep mask...the gorgeous view are because the windows are giant. With teenagers, this meant we caught grief about the sunlight in the morning . We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo worked great for our extended family. There was plenty of room to spread out and very nice that each bedroom had it's own bath. Kitchen table became our gathering spot, enjoying many meals together.

We had such an amazing relaxing week at this property. The pictures do no justice to what the house looks like. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need down to toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forgot yours and robes! The community is so quiet and relaxing. An amazing view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stayed very much. Although when I booked it I thought we had ocean/bay swimming available but that was not the case. But the kids still had a great time at the pool. And it was a very nice community. Close to other activities as week.

The condo is perfect for us. Every couple has there own bedroom with private bath, and this kids share the forth bedroom with bath. We' ve stayed here in 2018 & 19 and will be back in 2020.

Really a beautiful place. Each couple had their own bedroom and full bath so no one ever felt crowded. Everything was lovely and the weather was fabulous. That really added to the breathtaking views.

This condo looks exactly like the pictures show. It is roomy, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully functional, like you never left home! My only problem was on a personal level. It was on the third floor and I have a hard time climbing stairs. Other than that, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.

The condo was very well equipped and organized. The manager was very easy to work with and easy to get in contact with. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. There was plenty of room for all. The pictures are accurate and the decor was great! We had a great time.

This condo has it all! It is such a wonderful place to enjoy Bethany Beach and all it has to offer! It has actually been updated since these photos and is even more beautiful! It is a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful views!
