On arrival to the condo, everything was very clean and was very well supplied with everything that you need, even toiletries linens beach chairs you name it everything was there for your use it was very comfortable and centrally located to all the beaches. Plenty of restaurants and places to eat.

We loved our stay! Fil and Rich were easy to communicate with. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are many thoughtful touches and the welcome gift was much appreciated. We can’t wait to return!

Great escape

Just right for the 3 of us. Convenient to the main drag, but quiet backing to the woods. The owners are super communicative and helpful. This was a short trip (long weekend), but I could see us returning for a longer visit. For the tech-savvy, this place has it all. Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay with FRB exceeded our expectations. The communication was exceptionally clear and well-organized, which we truly appreciated. We received detailed guides on how to use all the appliances and devices in the house, along with regular updates via the Vrbo inbox. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a stress-free vacation. They are also very pet friendly. We highly recommend FRB and look forward to returning in the future.

Great location and Pet friendly

This condo is right off the main drag on the Coastal Highway. Easy access to anywhere from Rehoboth to Lewes and beyond (be prepared to make a lot of U-Turns though). The place came with dog bed, bowls and treats for our dog, and treats for the adults too! (popcorn, tea & coffee). It was nice not to have to bring towels, linens, beach chairs or swim towels since they were provided along with a beach bag for the towels to use at the Condo Pool. The only minor hiccup was when we were checking in the code didn't work, so we contacted Fil and she fixed it immediately. We would definitely recommend this condo and I imagine all there other properties and equally good.

Better than expected

Even though the description of the property was crystal clear - I seriously was impressed upon arrival! One of the sweetest little touches was the bag of Fisher Popcorn! The space was clean and bright and comfortable and spacious and comfortable and simply delightful! The comfort touches such as toothbrush, ziplock bags, coffee, and washing machine supplies were really easy to find. The bedlinens, bath supplies (including soap and shampoo), and beach towels and chairs were all there for our use. These special touches made the trip effortless. We were able to just show up with our souls ready for some relaxation. We spent a LOT of time on the porch with our pooch. She was able to be off-leash since it was safely screened in, and she relaxed right along with us. We enjoyed a few local spots and want to share these for others. Sunny Bay Cafe on Rehoboth was an absolute delight for the palate and the pooch. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere made this our top favorite spot. Nassau Valley Winery was a surprise find on a Sunday afternoon that was filled with live music, a farmer's market, and art show. We took the pooch and our own picnic of cheese and crackers and enjoyed a crisp chardonnay out on the picnic table. Then we walked the stunning grape vine rows throughout the grounds for what wound up being a perfect day. If you want other food options - just inbox the owners for a personalized recommendation! We enjoyed condo, pool, and beach time!

The condo was just the right size for us. It was clean and well-furnished and stocked with everything we might need. We stayed there for over 2 months, and Filomena and Rich were always there in case we needed anything. We felt right at home and very comfortable. Filomena often said it was a "partnership" and I truly believe that it was just that. I would definitely stay there again should I need a place to call "home".

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I and our 3 children slept very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked. The AC stopped working during our stay, but we texted the owner and it was fixed in a few hours. It was nice to find a place where our dog was welcome as welcome as well. We would stay again.

Wanted to visit fami l y yet have quiet place for us. Only complaint was information given said queen size beds. They were doubles. Plus heat should have been turned on prior to arrival.
