We stayed 4 th of July weekend. There was plenty of parking,easy to get to beaches by car and bus, we enjoyed the wolf Neck trail just down the road with our dogs in the shade, this place was perfect stay for dog friendly beach trip.

Love the place with one exception. There are no curtains just blinds. Some of the blinds were broken and being on the first floor, people could see in at night. We hung a sheet up in one bedroom and the patio slider. Otherwise it was a very nice place!

We’ve read some of the reviews from a year or two ago. Some of the same issues. Only one small lamp in the living room, no bulb, so no ability to read. The legs of a couple of the chairs in the dining room are very wobbly. One lightbulb out in the guest bathroom. Tiles are broken and uneven in the guest bathroom. No track for the shower door in the main bathroom. Confusing as to whether there is or is not a pool. Talks about pool fobs and pool passes, but no pool. We were there only four days and didn’t cook or do laundry, so those amenities were not utilized.

No pool as was advertised , broken furniture and appliances

When we got there a big bag of towels were in the hallway. It was later picked up. I noticed the washing machine was partially torn apart and not functioning. Later found out the dryer was full dirt and grime which ruined my sons shirt. Broken furniture the coffee table and end table. The cable was not working until Wednesday at some point. We killed atleast 10 bugs while there. Towel rack in the master bath was barely hanging on the wall and the shower doors were both coming off the track plus the water pressure and shower fixture was terrible. Most of all no POOL !!! It clearly states and talks about a pool and the passes and how much theyre to replace but yet no pool on property. False advertising. Definitely wont be back to this dump. I wouldve almost rather had gone camping out of the back of my Chevy Suburban

Won’t be returning! Awful customer service.

As much as I would have loved to leave a wonderful review, that won’t be possible given what we’ve experienced with this home. To begin, our daughter got some of her clothes and stuffed animals dirty on the ride to Rehoboth. As soon as we arrived, we put the soiled items in the washing machine. Little did we know that it was broken and the front panel was resting on the machine itself. It wasn’t even attached. We entered the unit further and realized there was a large red stain on the carpet. The coffee table and end table were completely broken and destroyed. The cable wire was frayed and not plugged into the cable box. We could not watch the cable TV. We immediately called Vacasa to report these issues and request someone to fix the broken washing machine. We also wanted to make sure they knew we were not the ones who broke anything. They assured us someone would come fix it and that we would get a phone call back soon. That was Monday. Tuesday morning we had not heard anything back. We tried to blow dry our hair in the bathroom and the outlet wasn’t able to handle the hair dryer plug. We decided to call for a 2nd time. We explained what was going on again. They told us they would send somebody out to help. Hours went by with no phone call and no one contacting us. We called for a third time and they assured us they would be helping us. Still no help by that evening. I called again before bed and I was told a manager was ignoring our request and would not look at it because it was not marked “urgent.” We could not do our laundry, we could not blow dry her hair, and the tables were a hazard for our toddlers. We made a fifth phone call to complain one more time and still got no help. Before you book this place, it would also be good to know there is no coffee maker or mugs. They don’t have hot pads or oven mitts. Bring your own Ziploc bags, plastic wrap, or aluminum foil if you will need it. The walls are dirty and the drywall patches are a mess. Thankfully the towels and linens were clean. The couches and carpet were stained and the cabinets were peeling. Also, be sure to bring your own beach chairs/beach towels and other items you need because they don’t supply any extras you might need. We will never book with Vacasa ever again. It was the worst customer service we have ever received.

Hello, We enjoyed our stay but there were a couple of things that could have been fixed and better. There were 3 bugs on the floor when we walked in. One in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen. The blind in the living room was broke. Deck door was open when we walked in. Towel bar in master bedroom was hanging out of the wall. Shower curtain in bath in queen bedroom was moldy. There needs to be more lighting in the living room. Even in the bedrooms, the lighting could be better. Washer and dryer did not work. For the money we paid it should have been cleaner and better maintained.

Hi! Place is definitely taken care of. We do have some suggestions. When we came late at night, the gates to get it were closed, it was confusing and we got through gates that were supposed to be for exit. Mattresses were soft for us but everything was clean and welcoming. There were no mugs and coffee tables were broken but overall it was a great stay..hope you'll improve those small imperfections.
